Check out the Sheridan Beach Community Club!  The Sheridan Beach Community Club is a private beach and swimming facility shared by residents in Lake Forest Park who live in Sheridan Beach or Sheridan Heights.  Membership is deeded to these residents and runs with their title.  Many houses will say beach rights for water features and this is what they are referring to in most cases.  It is also possible to get an associate membership to the club.
